Ron Porter (CA DRE#00893599) majored in Dairy Industries and Engineering at Iowa State College. He worked several years in milk processing plants, including making butter, cheese, ice cream, powdered milk and pasteurizing processes. After that he was a 20 year hi-tech manufacturing manager with Memorex and Verbatim. Ron is now the manager of the Northern California real estate office of HomeBuyer Agents, Inc. He specializes in helping residential buyers of properties near 19 airports.

Ron and his wife live in a redwood forest with their twin sons. He has 7 children and 14 grandchildren. Two children are in California, 1 in Kansas, 1 in Utah and 1 in Nevada. Ron has 7 brothers and sisters, 1 in California, 1 in Texas and 5 in Iowa. He has dozens of nephews and neices, and grand-nephews and neices, mostly in Iowa.
